Products can also be processed with additional elements, such as: thread cutting, point welding, welded screws, clinch nuts, countersunk holes, etc. A dedicated welding robotic cell, which offers state-of-the-art weld quality and very high yield, is used for larger production runs. For small series of products, we employ point welding or manual MAG and TIG welding and post process them mechanically (sanding and polishing).
