Stamping

We offer sheet metal stamping of sheet sizes up to 3000 x 1500 mm in two high-tech CNC centers. Already a single machine is capable of very rapidly producing even the most complex products with operations. Reporoduction are accurate to within a tenth of a millimeter. You only need to deliver a technical drawing of the object (preferrably in dxf format) and we will make you an offer based on that.
We stamp black sheet metal, tinned sheet metal, plastic and aluminum sheets up to a thickness of 6mm, and stainless steel plates up to 4mm.

Bending

Bending is done on advanced computerized bending machines that are able to bend complex shapes very accurately. We also make prototypes based on your drawings or samples. WE provide assistance with product development, technical documentation, 3D drawings, etc.
Our extensive experience and broad range of equipment provide you solutions for special bending operations on sheet metal of up to 2mm thickness.

Cutting to Size

Our CNC hydraulic cutter cuts to size sheet metal of up to 4mm thickness.

Additional Processing

Products can be additionally processed. We offer thread cutting, point welding, welded screws, clinch nuts, countersunk holes, etc. For small series of products, we employ point welding and manual MAG and TIG welding. Welds are mechanically finished after that (sanding and polishing).

Surface Protection

Products can be powder coated to order from the RAL color scale in our powder coating facility. Through subcontractors we also offer tinning and hot tinning.
